(the way I read this...) P&G have released the Wand device design to OBJ, however their exclusivity for OBJ's micro-array in the area of skincare remains absolute. OBJ cannot re-use the wand in the area of skincare.

Keep in mind :
- a P&G employee in Singapore (Lucas Boalem Nanini-Maury) is listed as the primary inventor for the wand in the patent.
- P&G paid for the design.
- Nanini-Maury and Edwards signed over their patent ownership to P&G.

Now P&G appear to be saying.. "We have moved on from the Wand...  we have integrated devices and the 2nd tech in our future.  OBJ, you can have your wand... just don't use it to compete with us."
