Yes, much enthusiasm judging by the price reaction. A little surprising since the acquisition adds about 15% to annual recurring revenue, nice but not massive. Also over the journey, you wouldn't say OCL have added substantial shareholder wealth from acquisitions. The gains have been mainly organic (which of course is great).
What I'm pleased to see is the OCL share price overtake that of rival TNE, for the time being anyway. I always kicked myself for not investing in TNE at $1.00, and watched it go from strength to strength. At the time I was lucky to discover OCL, whom since then I have felt to be a superior company. Needless to say it's been a great investment, and the outlook continues to be promising.
