it reads as though these other small companies are legally obliged to sign off … but not doing the right thing and actioning.
a court case required now to expedite procedures as minnows must be asleep at the wheel (or just being lazy or spiteful)
what goes around, comes around …. and OBM will no doubt remember this obstructive attitude when/if they ever ask for some help or favour down the track.
