    We were not break even in the December quarter,the quarterly cash report indicates ($7213 +1092+2591)burn of $10896000
    Covered by loan from HP of $11,000,000,loan not equity puts HP in the drivers seat as a lender
    Lower strip ratio,two additional trucks,increase in grade may get us to guidance for the second half
