Without the sale clause there is not adequate protection for Bio supply if there is a competitor takeover. You implied the deal is shocker. I strongly disagree. It is one of the best deals for a small Aussie biotech I have seen. Over a third of your cap in cash upfront.
Again why would someone hand over $23m without that clause. The payer is not a charity.
