PA spells it out pretty clearly in this video (much better journos than Proactive bullshit I may add). There's nothing we don't know as (educated) investors, however, I couldn't say the same for all investors in this stock, because if they understood the ramifications PA just pointed out they wouldn't be selling.
It beggars belief anyone could sell here with what is now a de-risked entity with a ridiculously bright future in markets worth many many multiples of dental.
