Totally understand what you are saying about not making assumptions Ducks. Logic would suggest, however, that it cannot simply be a sale if they are manufacturing it. That would be to say they manufacture at cost, going on the books and becoming a labour resource for BioH. You'd have to be the worst businessman that's ever lived to commit 25 years of manufacture with no margin.
But yes, if the simple words 'manufacturing revenue stream' were uttered it would likely have a material effect on the SP.
