After allowing for the probable length of time spent negotiating (which could make any target of OCC nervous), marketing progress made alone (which can be assumed to provide OCC a better idea as to costs and benefits, thus making a target of OCC even more nervous), and probable advice on negotiating tactics and parameters from the Invincible Parallel Universe, IMO we shouldn't be spending much time wondering what the agreement will bring.
