So true. And anyone who says that this deal was partially priced in....gimme a break. Came out of the blue after what grew from months of frustration to years from most shareholders. No-one anyone was calling a Striate deal with a top 5 global dental Pharma, even the 'rampers' like me.

No one can moan about the company on this recent price action. Its all shareholders selling (no shorts). This deal essentially takes them from needing a cap raise at year end, to probably never needing one again, unless they either cock up Remplir - very, very unlikely, being a shoo-in for 510K approval as it was. Why people would sell at a price only marginally higher than pre-deal evades me.

Buying small on the dips. This company is now de-risked and ridiculously under-valued.
