The positives:
1- If the least exciting product of OCC, can generate this amount of cash $23.1 Million and interest from a leading global dental implant company. Imagine how much cash the other more exciting products can generate and what sort of interest they will attract from one of the big players.
2- Risk of dilution due to the need to generate cash in the near to medium term is almost zero now
3- BioHorizons, Inc. is part of Henry Schein which has a market capitalization of more that 10 Billion USD. This will give OCC exposure to the investment community in the USA. Love it
4- A small Ozzie bio tech company with 60 Million AUD market capitalisation managed to secure a deal with a 10 Billion USD US company. A nice success story to add to a Reddit forum to generate more interest to our company
5- In my opinion, there is a high chance now that an institutional investor(s) will join the share registry following this great announcement
6- For OCC management to be able to sign this amazing deal with a large US company, this is a testimony of the great technology/products we have
