Call me ungrateful, but I can't help feeling selling at $0.41 a bit weak from some holders. This is a big deal.

Classic retail, get out with relief, whilst Insto's now get interested. Its horrible having to endure the down days, but you do so for the potential unseen by other investors and stick with it.

This is a big deal. It will slowly permeate the information databases of Insto's (we all know how unknown OCC is) and this stock will likely gain Institutional interest with time.

I have openly said I have sold on past announcements spikes to buy in lower on the wanes (like last week) to lower my buy-in over time (to the chargrin of a few). That was with FDA/TGA/EMA and results announcements. This one is different to me. At last commercial traction.

OCC's future is somewhat assured now with this deal and Paul et al can now concentrate on getting Remplir to market with the FDA whilst revenues naturally grow with BioHorizons from naufacturing with little effort.

Remplir and ATI are the big boys, but Striate a very useful medium-term tool for the company to get the balance sheet very nicely shored up and now move towards positive free cash flows. That is when Insto's really get on board.

De-risked as so many investors like to say.
