"Second CETO 6 project to be in UK. Construction/ commissioning targeting 2017/2018."

My guess is that a UK commissioning date in 2017/2018 would point to Ceto 6 being deployed at Garden Island sometime in 2017.

If it is deployed at GI in the first half of the year, then Ceto 6 will be deployed in the same year at Cornwall. If it is deployed later in 2017, then a 2018 deployment would be most likely.
