Whilst I understand your frustration at the lack of information; if the company has no material news, with respect, what can it say? The matter is clearly tied up in legal and political positioning and if you think about it, any public statements now could further inflame the matter so dealing with it quietly behind the scenes is by far the best tactic. The management of this company has been open and honest for years now, it has consistently lived up to all its promises...why do you start to mistrust them now? I am holding - as by my calculations the current share price reflects the value of the company without Didipio so little downside from here. DYOR
