Interesting - it was just six weeks ago that Michael Holmes said he is looking forward to work with the new board chair (who is starting in October) - and now Michael is missing in action.
Just wondering, whether Michael Holmes really didn't know on July 20th that he is leaving the company by September 8th? It does take some preparation to pack your golden parachute, doesn't it?
If he didn't know, than his forecasting skills as well as his loyalty clearly fall short for a CEO. If he did know, though, than his honesty seems to be somewhat lacking.
Something stinks.
