Well this is sounding very positive. In fact extremely positive. Perhaps Duterte is wanting to play Santa Claus in the local pantomime. I think this ought to boost OGC's share price along quite nicely today. It is already reacting. I wonder how many weeks it will take to get the official go ahead. At least OGC can now start putting definite preparation [lans into place and be ready to roll as soon as it gets the official nod.
