It seems to me that Didipio mine has not been put on Care and Maintenance yet.
Electricity generator is still humming. And essential workers are still on payroll.

And I suppose there's some stockpiles on site to feed the mill,

so initial production could probably restart in less than 3 weeks, achieving full production in less than 2 months once road access is unblocked by the thugs.
