Ann: OceanaGold Full Year 2016 Results Presentation, page-4

Beginner investor here trying to learn a bit of TA. Since the RSI and Stoch RSI are showing oversold, would this suggest that the stock is likely to resume a bullish trend? If the SP approaches the centreline (red) of the BB would it also suggest that the upper limit of the run might be just above 4.5? From what I can see every time the RSI touches 40 it rebounds significantly. Please any correction is welcome just trying to learn!
