In simple terms if the banks are patient, the gold in the ground is going nowhere and in fact is getting more valuable every day due to price movement, the revenue is being deferred and not lost. As always a cash squeeze remains their biggest threat but as long as the debt is not called (which I do not believe will happen) then the assets of this business are secure (Didipio does not fall into this secure category) and at this price less than half the assets are being assessed at fair value!
