    Well I am pleased to see some comment from OGC and it is a reasonable response in the circumstances. If the company made no comment to the release on social media then that would be regarded as hiding from the information. At least they have made it clear that they have not had official information about this but if it is true then they intend to carry on with a legal process to win the right to continue. As I say I am pleased to get that clarification.
