I agree with many of your observations. While Didipio is very useful for OGC's bottom line the fact that it has been a bit of a problem project for near on a year has weighed too heavily on the share price in my opinion. We know that the DENR has supported OGC's application for renewal of the FTAA to the President's Office and that a decision must be imminent. It has to be decided one way or another by June 19 (one year after it officially was lodged). So either punters are anticipating a positive result or else there is some information leak to indicate a positive outcome or things are being manipulated to make it seem that a result is anticipated. I would like to think that there is going to be a positive announcement soon and then $4 at least will be an achievable target in the near term.
