If you read carefully, those who don't want to convert to share (at TSX), you will have right to sell till now. After that there will be compulsory sell. .. Management works for themselves, I learnt hard lesson from BDR debacle when Management was making back door deal while busy delisting from ASX and buying a board positions for themselves. ..
