I also note that WBA, as part of its approach to capital management, is targeting a 10% Debt/Equity ratio at end financial year and max 20% D/E through season. I suspect SHV will also announce something similar to this as part of its current strategic review (due to be released ~Nov, with AGM I think)... unfortunately implying a $40m equity raise (assuming no further asset sales).
