re: Ann: Octa Phillip Agricultural Land Round... Interesting, sellers have been taken out by buyers and/or dried up at these levels.
Next week may well provide some further interest with the Australian Almond Conference running from 8 to 10 October and then overnight on 10 October we get the September update from the Californian Almond Board with their September position report. Fingers crossed that it supports a lower crop size than previously estimated to add impetus to the almond price.
