Probably initiate more buy backs effectively increasing the value of each share, problem is who's gonna sell and what price will the company have to pay for them. Don't think the last round has worked out too well. Mabey another off market offer the last was at 2.88 suspect they would have to offer at least 4.88 now, I'm sure if an offer arrived in the mail making an easy conversion of share value to funds in the bank plenty would take it up.
