When I compare this presentation / update with the last I am...

When I compare this presentation / update with the last I am thinking that things are moving at a snails pace. I am not sure what constraints are causing this. I really thought they would be in a better place by now. Still no dates on expected completion. I think someone (major shareholders) should explain to them that they need to get some momentum going to get the job done sooner rather than a easy come easy go mentality.
Thoughts from others SH;s would be appreciated.
