It's how this mob operates due to Indigenous members appointed to a concocted fund management/allocation company come whatever? Formed as a necessity to save on taxes but essentially, an ambiguous formality which has absurd power & jurisdiction as to how, when & where company spending will occur! Basically, ridiculous red tape built into a Bassari fund allocation department so to speak, prior to the release of & pursuant in order to satisfy funding arrangements by Coris & the Senegal mining departemtn &/or Government. The mentioned company was apparently concocted in order to save tax but obviously has become a hindrance to efficient use of funds & efficient timelines to get the ball not only rolling but to ensure the project starts to move toward commencement & real mining activities. BAZAAR!
