I think the South African costs will be lower even with trucking. Costs in Sept quarter were A$44/t for South Africa vs A$75/t for Blair Athol. What I am not so sure about is the revenue - 8th October forecast had Q2 FOB price for Newcastle Index at US$173/t vs US$157/t for API4 out of South Africa. I have not been tracking the relative movements of the Newcastle Index vs API4 indexes. As Terracom don't report on the export margin for South Africa, I have estimated A$100/t for South Africa exports vs the A$122/t forecast for Blair Athol in the latest update.
