When you look at slide 3, the first column NTA cum (with) dividend includes the 8c dividend. The second column NTA excludes the 8c dividend (181.94-8.00=173.94). The net result of paying the dividend is that the NTA in October is actually less than the NTA for September.
Anyway, the 2.38% performance for October is still exceptional. You need to get your head around these calculations before you buy anything else.
