not just protest against negative gearing but also stop LIFE LONG property tax passed by NSW Liberals ... !
In america people pay life long property tax and they pay under their nose for metro city while negligible in regional areas so this law will have huge impact on future generation if it stays intact as it will promote more developer not paying stamp duty but paying small property tax for a year and then sell the property for profit .... with margin that will include stamp duty savings as everyone knows when things go cheaper prices go up by brokers ... IMO.
