of course it takes too long.
setting up new company needs time, especially a listed company
until u get all the approvals, board and all the moving pieces together thats a year.
plus the current management need to work on the projects that are at hand, plus all the restructuring they did in regards of management
they are giving the tasks to the experts now.Multitasking at its best.
