Now, the share price movement depends upon how much they have in their reserve. As I said in previous post, people are using this stock for capital gain (buy low and sell before ex-dividend date) and market has low confidence in Wilson who took 20% performance bonus at a time fund share price is going down.
we realistically need 2 year+ worth reserve for share price to go up purely on the basis of reserve but if they continue to have this a year worth reserve then it won't help unless second scenario happens which is the RBA starts lowering rate to take them below 3% !
if bull market continue this month and if we get another six month worth reserve added to make it 1.5 year then it will be interesting as the fund has another 5 month to add more reserve by the time they ready to pay dividend in April/May 2025.. !
