I particularly like the law suit talk. Nothing better than observing armchair legal experts pontificating on the ASX getting dennis denuto'd in some kangaroo court...The way they talk about JK, I swear he must wear a cape.
Seeing a company try and go on the 'lawyer bluff' offensive is generally not a favourable indicator. The smarmy responses to the ASX questioning also isn't a good look.
