Looking at the previous announcement for ASX query response, the next working day would be the release of the ASX query. Looking at the wordings that came with the CEO's shareholder letter "next couple day or so", i would be inclined to believe that ISX would've responded to ASX sometime last week as it is in their best interest to have these queries answered and potentially have the shares up and trading again.
What I think is that there could be an internal discussion in ASX as to the decision going forward for ISX. Do they continue asking more queries or they could firm up what is required to be done by ISX going forward and also a penalty if required.
