I honestly can Not see ISX going after the ASX for the Suspension we are in. Guys we need to go to the source and it was not the ASX. Paragraph 3 as some posters has pointed out in my view is either indicating 1 - ISX Lawyers are still looking into the OM report and possibly looking into damages/ compension as previously reported by the company or 2 - An EBIT down grade due to the Suspension being a big factor. Regardless of my opinion, under the circumstances this was a very good announcement and ISX is growing. But once we are out of Suspension all focus will be on growth for 2020 and beyond. That is when we will see fireworks. I am seriously hoping by the middle of December we all get the announcement we are all waiting for. Well done JK and Team GLTAH
