    The company can't selectively give information to shareholders. Hassling the poor bloke and trying to get updates out of him won't get you anywhere. Same goes for the ASX, calling to abuse the guys working there, accusing them of bias and some grand conspiracy is ridiculous.

    ISX are still subject to the continuous disclosure requirements, and as we have seen with the updates released, will continue to make announcements as appropriate. If there is no announcement, it is because they don't have anything to announce. The company stated last week that they had another round of questions and intended to respond to them in the coming days. The ASX has released the previous questions the following business day, and returned more questions to management, keeping the company in suspension. Now if the ASX haven't released the next round of questions it's either because they haven't got them yet or there has been a change in process. We can just hope the change in process is because they have asked all their questions, and are finalising the investigation before releasing the latest answers to market.
