Curious for your reasoning on waiting. What do you think could have a material impact? I expect a dividend may be announced but seeing the way the donation is structured I wouldn't anticipate a big one.
Full disclosure, I sold about half my holding at 4.65 Friday and bought some TPW and Teladoc. I'm hoping they remain at least steady until I can buy back into HM1 at around a 10% premium. It's admittedly a little risky with how well this fund has performed but seeing the disregard held for it's track record during the crash earlier in the year I'm pretty confident some short term uncertainty could force the price back down rather quickly.
