Looks to me like someone has had a firm bump on the head whilst walking the 7 levels.
This was the strategy given during the consolidation / reverse take over / name change.
Once they get the revenue rolling on this thing, they can drill as many holes as they want - it should have been the first step, not something done 3 or 4 years later.
Better late than never i guess.
