i also highly doubt any of the escrowed shares are going to be sold, unless it is to get an institutional investor on board but i still dont think it will happen.
if you had a house and it was only a third built, would you sell knowing you were only going to get a third of it's value and all you had to do was wait a couple of years to get full value? no
