This is the start of the trend I highlighted in margin pressure from the spectre of PayPal and cannibalisation of their own business with Pay and Zip .I expect this trend to continue with greater compression on margins and as Zip made a $67 million operating loss last year and by all accounts Quadpay was also heavily loss making. There are little if any cost savings from the takeover/merger and I expect full year losses of the combined entity to blow out to well over $100 million
