VEN still has cash as of their last report, as for the sp, unfortunately we have been undergoing relentless selling pressure primarily due to regal unloading their massive position(held approx 15%) gained by underwriting a large spp done last year. Still some large blocks being traded upon news holding it back, but as they are now under 5% its hard to tell if its still them, so your guess is as good as any as wether its still them unloading the remaining position or not but id pointthe finger with confidence. Selling has eased and id expect a few more announcements will see vens sp finally move up. Blessing and a curse as i again added and have built a nice position here now but would be nice to see some action that holds up.
