Yes my bad on the $ value traded OldGeo. I based it on the 2:06pm announcement but I now see there was a prior 1:15pm announcement, so yes, $21k. Still, that resulted in a 33% increase in share price (opened at 0.9 and was at 1.2c prior to the announcement) so still highly suspicious IMHO considering the trading pattern and the timing in relation to a price-sensitive announcement.
but for this dollar value are you genuinely concerned?
We should all be concerned if an entity gets an unfair heads-up prior to a price-sensitive announcement, irrespective of the dollar value involved. That's my way of thinking at least.
