First impression: Yes it is a nice flare and a nice flow rate. But you need a relatively big delta p = low flowing well head pressure, compared to the reservoir pressure at this about 3.000 m deep well to get this rate. So I would say, the flow rate is okay (and not really exciting or nice at the second impression ) and the p, q hint or verify that we got low perm. As you would expect from a gas well with perm at the lower end of a conventional reservoir or a tight reservoir.

Most important now:
we need this flow rate as stabilized flow rate without further decreasing wellhead pressure, because only in this case the reservoir delivers more and enough gas. And I would consider to frac the well.
