Fully agree that management are not doing a good job - the shareprice and the utter destruction of shareholder value in the recent cap raise reflects this. I just don't think we can say they were dishonest. Im not even sure if it's arrogance- the more I look at it the more I see a management that don't understand the needs of the small cap sector, particularly around communication to shareholders, particularly relating to catalysts and updates.
