I dont think anyone can presume to know a date of deal completion, until such time this is high risk given ODN past MOU terminations.
Concern is based on:
Deal not signed due to holidays
C/Notes converted and to whom
The wording "100% of the gridComm shareholders agreeing to the share sale agreement terms and conditions" there maybe other things at play.
Further delays and no revised schedule for expected completion

If deal proceeds it will be great, but until such time nothing is set in stone.
