If you think you will get any shares out of the "Public Offer" I think you need to think again! The whole idea was to "increase the spread": (i.e.) Get new punters on the books. I'm assuming you already have shares in which case you won't be invited to participate. I would imagine Ian Middlemas and Co have already decided who is getting them and it won't be us!!
