What I find bemusing is when the announcement came out that there would be an extension of the FO negotiations that they run the entire quarter. It was mentioned it would be finalised within the 1st qtr. Why not finlaised in week 6,7 or 8. Why right up to the potential last week of that qtr or another delay. Yes we want the best deal however we also want time lines met, especially after they are adjusted out.
Doesn't show strong management or negotiation skills and just makes people think the current people cannot get it done IMO.
