I suppose the stumbling block to a full privatisation is David Tweed (National Exchange) now holding that 20% stake? Both TGP and TOT (to an even greater extent) have had such poor long term outcomes for small shareholders and it's frustrating to me that they don't get made accountable for it. Imagine floating this thing at 60c and then privatising it at 65c 11 whole years later after collecting a truck load of fees in the meantime.
Do we reckon it just stays a cash box for it's remaining life on the ASX boards?
