Does anyone think that NEW will EVER reach or be at a premium to NAV?
On paper it looks like it should with 14 US projects (albeit fire damaged or not fully operational) with long term takeoffs but it's always running at a discount. Is this because of the Australian assets purely (which have now been sold) or are there other underlying structural / managerial plays around that I'm not appreciating?
Does management KNOW how to grow this business or not?
