    I would have preferred a normal buy back this would have better supported the SP. I guess this gives the Dixon holders a bit of a chance to get out at a reasonable discount to NAV. At about a 25% discount to NAV it is a buy for me. I have gone into the buy back for the arbitrage opportunity but happy if I don't get the sale.
