Thank you EOFY tax sellers. Never thought I'd build an ALK position down at these levels. Commiserations to continuing holders.
Levels last seen in June 2020, when gold was $1,700 USD and Alkane was knocking out around 13,000 oz rather than the 15,000 oz per quarter it does now and was giving 30-35K oz full year guidance rather than 55-60K oz for full year it does now.
Yes, yes, future earnings; Now I am certainly no gold mining expert, unlike some of the well informed Hot Copper posters, but Tomingly another 700,000oz and Boda 10million gold equivalent ounces certainly sounds impressive (at possibly 85% recovery rates?), and ALK amply cashed up to develop.
I scratch my head at the markets sometimes, question myself over and over and eventually shrug and go buy some undervalued shares.
